What makes a name?
Got this thing from edwin's blog who got it from pf's blog. heh. what makes a name? a rose by any other name is just as sweet. but a chongwai by any other name may be just that little bit less special. *puke* yeah. here's my number. hehehe.
You entered: Wong Chong Wai
There are 12 letters in your name. Those 12 letters total to 67 (how??)
There are 4 vowels and 8 consonants in your name.
Your number is: 4 (erm... okie.)
The characteristics of #4 are: A foundation, order, service, struggle against limits, steady growth.
The expression or destiny for #4:
Order, service, and management are the cornerstones of the number 4 Expression. Your destiny is to express wonderful organization skills with your ever practical, down-to-earth approach. You are the kind of person who is always willing to work those long, hard hours to push a project through to completion. (oops. sorry sojourn comm.)
A patience with detail allows you to become expert in fields such as building, engineering, and all forms of craftsmanship. Your abilities to write and teach may lean toward the more technical and detailed. In the arts, music will likely be your choice (it was.). Artistic talents may also appear in such fields as horiculture and floral arrangement (hurhur. nice try.), as well. Many skilled physicians and especially surgeons have the 4 Expression.
The positive attitudes of the 4 Expression yield responsibility; you are one who no doubt, fulfills obligations, and is highly systematic and orderly. You are serious and sincere, honest and faithful. It is your role to help and you are required to do a good job at everything you undertake.
If there is too much 4 energies present in your makeup (what makeup???), you may express some of the negative attitudes of the number 4. The obligations that you face may tend to create frustration and feelings of limitation or restriction. You may sometimes find yourself nursing negative attitudes in this regard and these can keep you in a rather low mood. Avoid becoming too rigid, stubborn, dogmatic, and fixed in your opinions. You may have a tendency to develop and hold very strong likes and dislikes, and some of these may border on the classification of prejudice. The negative side of 4 often produces dominant and bossy individuals who use disciplinarian to an excess ( ah!!! sorry again!!! i'm trying to change. but it's my name!!! >_<). These tendencies must be avoided. Finally, like nearly all with 4 Expression, you must keep your eye on the big picture and not get overly wrapped up in detail and routine.
Your Soul Urge number is: 5
A Soul Urge number of 5 means: The 5 soul urge or motivation would like to follow a life of freedom, excitement, adventure and unexpected happening. The idea of travel and freedom to roam intrigues you(hell yea! now gimme the money.). You are very much the adventurer at heart. Not particularly concerned about your future or about getting ahead, you can seem superficial and unmotivated.
In a positive sense, the energies of the number 5 make you very adaptable and versatile. You have a natural resourcefulness and enthusiasm that may mark you as a progressive with a good mind and active imagination. You seem to have a natural inclination to be a pace-setter. You are attracted to the unusual and the fast paced.
You may be overly restless and impatient at times. You may dislike the routine work that you are engaged in, and tend to jump from activity to activity, without ever finishing anything. You may have difficulty with responsibility. You don't want to be tied down to a relationship, and it may be hard to commit to one person.(oi who say one... dun anyhow guess ok.)
Your Inner Dream number is: 9
An Inner Dream number of 9 means: You dream of being creative, intellectual, and universal; the selfless humanitarian. You understand the needy and what to help them. You would love to be a person people count on for support and advice.

Relak one korner.
Haven't blogged in a long time. too long. and i have kinda lost the patience to sit in front of my com to write something. plus i have so many things to blog about, that i don't know where to start.
Came back from work earlier today, took a cold shower, fell asleep on my bed, woke up for dinner, watched some TV, and now I'm sitting here in my room, relaxing in the air-conditioning, sitting in front of my computer, doing nothing much in particular, listening to my favourite BoA CD. just enjoying doing nothing.
Sojourn 2005 just ended. It was alright. It went pretty alright. Thru the camp quite a few people came to me to tell me how lucky i was. "you're very lucky... this year you all have good weather." "you're very lucky... this year you have very enthu freshers." True, perhaps. i must say we were extremely lucky that the weather was on our side. even though we had plans to cover a whole afternoon of rain, the mood would certainly have been different.
However, lucky wouldn't be the word i would use to describe sojourn 2005. Everything was planned. Even the OGL groupings were planned. OGs were planned. nothing was not planned. but eda and alvin came up with some filler games that were not planned. Brilliant. All hail Captain Eda! and i must thank these 2 powerhouses for running the programs so brilliantly. and even though the planning went to the detail, i must say that the camp was filled with unforseen situations that forced the comm to make changes to the plan from the very beginning right to the very end. from the advanced party's arrival to the pavillion, to the last morning's activity's cancellation. But it's these changes that make the job interesting isn't it?
But are we lucky to have enthu freshers? I think that this is very strange thinking. Last year, it was said that the freshers are not enthusiastic. I maintained that the problem was in that the seniors didn't engage the freshers. This year, when things were good, it was said that we are lucky. I think it was credit to the seniors for being such great company. For warming the freshers up and making them excited. I guess it's all about the perspective.
I'm an immensely difficult person to work for/with. I am a perfectionist, and i am an authoritarian. I guess i pushed some pple in the comm abit hard. 2 nites a week and half a weekend burnt weekly for the whole month before the actual sojourn is not easy to take. Let me take this time to thank the superb organising comm. for their patience with me. For their time and effort. i am indeed honoured to have worked with you guys. the camp's success belongs to you.
I shall end with a quote that i find meaningful, and suitable in this context.
I'm a great believer in luck, and I find the harder I work the more I have of it. ~Thomas Jefferson
Good job, sojourn 2005 organising comm. thank you.
